Minimum Booking Periods
Cabins & Studios
Christmas 7 night minimum stay
Easter 4 night minimum stay
2 nights in cabins on all weekends - *weekend rates apply*
3 night minimum stay on all long weekends
Sites
Christmas 14 night minimum stay for ensuite & powered sites
Christmas 7 night minimum stay for unpowered sites
Easter 4 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay on all long weekends
Payments & Cancellations
Deposits
$200 deposit is required to secure all Christmas bookings.
1 night deposit is required to secure bookings at all other times.
Christmas & Easter bookings require balance to be paid by 31st October 2010 (Christmas) & 1st March 2011 (Easter)
** A valid credit card in the name of the person making the booking will need to be produced upon arrival **
Surcharge
This applies on all 1 night stays in cabin accommodation - subject to availability.
Refunds
Premium, high & mid season - a full refund (less $10 admin fee) will be given when 4 weeks notice is given.
Low season - a full refund (less $10 admin fee) will be given where 48 hours notice is given.
Pets
Unfortunately as per BIG4 policy, pets are not allowed at BIG4 Batemans Bay Beach Resort.
